SYNOPSIS The objective of this project is to generate the electric power through the fabrication of shock absorber arrangement. Nowadays power demand is increased, so this concept is used to generate the electrical power in order to compensate the electric power demand. Pneumatic energy is the readily available and low cost energy. Non-conventional energy system is very essential at this time to our nation. So that the pneumatic type of energy is considered for our project. In this project compressed air can be produced with the help of motion of wheel. Then this compressed air can be used for further applications. Compressed air production using vehicle wheel needs no fuel input power to produce the output of the air.

SYNOPSIS The PEDAL OPERATED AIR COMPRESSOR is a new innovative concept is mainly used to save power. In this concept we have designed a air compressor operated by the pedal. Here we are using the mechanical energy for compressing the airr without using any other electrical energy or any other fuel based energies.

This system gives smooth operation and smooth movement for vehicle. It consists of a Worm gear, bearing, chain drive, pedal, wheel and Vehicle model.

SYNOPSIS: In this project wind energy is used for pumping the water from lower ground. Free energy economical water pump is the renewable and widely distributed energy. Free energy economical is the rough rotary movement of river caused by uneven water pump. So that hydro energy is used to convert the required form of energy and it is utilized for useful work. According to the river force the energy conversion will vary. Variable primary flow water pumping systems allow flow through free energy economical to vary in response to water pump. Variable primary flow proponents claim that this approach uses less energy and is more economical than other pumping schemes, in particular, the well-established primary/secondary system. This paper investigates these claims via a parametric modeling study. Parameters varied included plant pumping load profile and climate, number of water in the plant, pump water level difference vs. Load, and others. Construction cost and operating cost differences were calculated and systems were compared on a lifecycle cost basis.

In this project we have fabricate the manually operated pneumatic honing machine. This equipment needs electrical power to operate, just using the manual power we can honing the metal. Honing is a process that produces a precision surface on a work piece by scrubbing an abrasive stone against it along a controlled path. Honing is primarily used to improve the geometric form of a surface, but may also improve the surface texture. In this project honing operation is carried out by moving the work piece in single axis. This project is very useful for small scale industries and workshops.

SYNOPSIS Our project is to make the box transporting mechanism by using the mechanical links. The main aim of our project is to reduce the following problems like manual effort, cost, time etc so fabricate the BOX TRANSPORTING MACHINE.

The main purpose of this project is punching the areca plate for our required design. Here we are designing a FABRICATION OF ARECA PLATE PRODUCTION MACHINE. This project consists of heater, male die, female die and spring arrangement.
